Steve & Sue Owen

This exhibition combines Steve’s painting, printmaking and collage with Sue’s textile pieces which integrate dye, print and stitch. The title of the exhibition refers to our background in Art education and our passion for colour, texture and pattern. Whilst our working methods are similar our outcomes are as varied as chalk and cheese.

Quaggy Printmakers: Who Are We?

QP-Blog-logo

We are an exciting and diverse group of printmakers brought together at ALL – Lewisham School of Art and Design.

We meet in the Granville Park studio facilities near the Quaggy river in Lewisham SE13.

Our members work in a range of printmaking techniques: wood-cut, linocut, collograph, screen printing, etching, lithographic processes and print onto various substrates (paper, textiles, glass, wood) But whatever the chosen technique and medium used, the essential aim is to create an original print.
